What Are Pork Shares?

Pork shares allow you to purchase a whole, half, or quarter of a pig. This method offers a cost-effective way to stock your freezer with premium pork, cut and packaged exactly to your specifications.

How It Works:

1. Purchase Your Share: Choose between a whole, half, or quarter share of a live pig.
2. Processing: Once all shares of a pig are sold, we deliver the pig to a local processor. Here, you can specify how you want your meat cut and packaged.
3. Payment: The purchase price covers the live animal. Processing fees are paid separately to the local processor, with costs varying based on your chosen cuts.

Please note that our pork shares are not USDA inspected, as you are buying the live animal directly from us. This approach provides transparency and trust in knowing exactly how your meat is raised and processed.
